Him and the Student from MSU that he had with him were fantastic to deal with, I had a septoplasty done and was getting the stints/splints removed and my nose looked at and he had the young lady in training remove them and they both were so kind to answer any questions and made sure I wasn't in to much pain or uncomfortable when taking them out isnt the most comfortable thing to deal with. Thank you both so much!
Very good at explaining and appreciated that he didn’t sugar coat but was up front
It was clear that there wasn’t much review of notes on patient chart. I felt my concerns were dismissed and brushed off. medication was prescribed to treat pain but not very reassuring about progress and what to expect from here out. I left the appointment feeling frustrated and unassured and ended up calling and rescheduling my follow up with a different doctor they one who originally performed my tonsillectomy
