Brad has a very pleasing personality. He is gentle, caring, and understanding. Brad is a good listener. He clearly explains exactly what the problem is. He then will weigh out the best treatment options for the patient.

I think Dr. Brad is frustrated with my slow progress in healing. I think he’s providing the best medical options but his frustration shows. I don’t know if he wants to keep treating me.
