I am a new patient. I had two problems. He was helpful explaining my shoulder; i need a replacement. But my knee - less so. I thought i was getting an MRI today. This is my second series of xrays now on the knee since Feb 5. Its March 5. I am 65, live alone, a fall risk and live alone. I am disappointed. I wish he was not so rushed - his hand was in my face to say goodbye before i understood what was happening. He said “ 10-4” once before, in response to my injury description. Too fast! Transaction and not a relationship. My health history included things not offered on your iPad intake. Zero interest. He says ordering am MRI on my knee now, then i can schedule an appt to see him again. Hope he follows through.
It was a jolt to hear my shoulder was toast and no lay out of options other than “ full replacement and as needed injections”. Left kind of ruffled.

Out of all the people who have seen me. He understood me better than anyone else. Doctors today like to use words nobody understand, but when I said the pillow in my knee is bad he understood what I meant. Just saying. I give him a 5 star rating
