Sometimes I just really don’t understand the circumstances of my disease.

I don't feel like she cared. She downplayed my pain and how I'm feeling. Spoke to me like Im uneducated. Put off dealing with my stones. Told me to hold my blood thinner until bleeding stops ( unsafe) and prescribed meds that have serious interaction with my heart meds without even checking. Luckily I caught this by only after taking for 2 days.

Bianca is a pleasure to visit. She is a great listener and provides sound advice.

Bianca was well prepared, professional, and listened well. She answered all of my questions and explained things well. Was very satisfied with my appointment.

The appointment today with Bianca was the worst medical appointment I’ve hide in my life. She demonstrated zero interest in me as a person. She entered the room with contempt for the chore of talking at me. She was condescending. Her approach was: “here is the medication you can take and her is a laundry list of exams available. What do you want to do?” She was annoyed that I failed to list a medication I was taking. I cannot be more disappointed in a health provider than I am with Bianca and, by extension, Spokane Urology. Because you’re the only game in town I have no other options to seek treatment. I will never see Bianca again. Further, I would appreciate a written apology from her.

Excellent presentation. Very pleasant and thoughtful when answering all of my questions. Very good session.
