She doesn't take time to explain things, you better know what questions to ask when you are there because that's your one shot, you can not get thru to a person in this office to ask any questions. Every number is leave a message which is fine except no one returns your calls.

I have had this procedure done eight times before. She tried lecturing me on food diet and water consumption, etc. Obviously, those things aren't working. It's not my first rodeo.
