One of the worst medical appointments I have experienced. Seemed as tho she would rather have been anywhere but there.

Very knowledgeable and a good bedside manner which is very important to the people she sees.

Attentive, good listener, and allows my participation in my treatment plan.

She obviously didn’t check my chart before she came to see me because she didn’t even know if I was on medication or not. I asked her what my future looked like she told me to go online and figure it out and on all the hard questions she wouldn’t look me in the eye. I think she has great potential. She just needs to mature in a few areas.

Bianca responded well to my concerns and gave good explanations to new treatment.

Missed an important diagnostic test result that I had to bring to her attention. Because of the test result she was supposed to cancel a prescription but did not. Since I did not know for sure I ended up paying for the unneeded drugs.

Bianca listens to your concerns and takes the appropriate action. She is truly a valuable asset to Spokane Urology.

She was able to give me information about my kidneys, which no one else has actually done. I’m looking forward to hearing what more information she can provide after she receives the ultrasound results!
