Ben was super professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. I work in healthcare and he used vernacular I understand and I really appreciated that respect. Was so impressed I’m seeing Ben again in 3 weeks for follow up and to discuss some ancillary findings regarding removing a screw I had put in my tibia 28 years ago, which was NOT the initial reason for my visit.
Ben was friendly and ordered imaging related to my pain. The visit was very quick and my biggest complaint was that I had X-rays taken just prior to seeing him and he didn’t even mention those to me while in the exam room with me.
