Very nice young man. Took time with me; answered questions & explained what they had done with my hip replacement. Very impressed with him.

I was expecting a little more education on signs and symptoms of problems with increased swelling and pain.

He really explained things in easy to understand terms.

Ben was great and took the time out to listen to my concerns. He is an assistant to Dr.Hamen and they are hands down the best team I have ever worked with . On time and get the job done

Did not seem confident in what he was telling me. Said "he was just going off the doctors notes", which did not make me feel like I was a priority to him at the time.
