We arrived early and then had a 45 minute wait after our appointment time and Baileys response to my 88 year old mother was dismissive. It's not easy for seniors to make it to appointments and even more to not receive a real apology. The information she passed along was helpful, but we felt like we were just a number in a line up. All clinical and no compassion for the patient. Bailey did nothing to put my mother at ease with the procedure . Dr Waters is great. We hope he can work with us in the future.

Using the topical numbing agent, I did not feel the shots, it was painless. After 24 hours my knee pain has dropped from a 10 to a 2. I plan to start PT and hope things continue to get better 😊. Never even saw this P.A. I was told to make an appointment with one of the spine MDs (who cannot see me for another 12 days). Since I could not tip my head to the right at all and could barely turn it to the right, I went to UNC Urgent Care instead. They prescribed a low grade muscle relaxant so that I could at least get to where I could drive safely.

This was the first time I’ve seen Bailey Jeutter. She was friendly and personable. While she performed the same procedure I’ve had done several other times, it didn’t feel like it was quite the same. Hopefully, I will get the same relief!
