K. Bailey was very professional and kind at the same time. She explained in detail how knee shots were given and what the results could be. Using the topical numbing agent, I did not feel the shots, it was painless. After 24 hours my knee pain has dropped from a 10 to a 2. I plan to start PT and hope things continue to get better 😊. I’m Happy

Never even saw this P.A. I was told to make an appointment with one of the spine MDs (who cannot see me for another 12 days). Since I could not tip my head to the right at all and could barely turn it to the right, I went to UNC Urgent Care instead. They prescribed a low grade muscle relaxant so that I could at least get to where I could drive safely.

This was the first time I’ve seen Bailey Jeutter. She was friendly and personable. While she performed the same procedure I’ve had done several other times, it didn’t feel like it was quite the same. Hopefully, I will get the same relief!
