Bailey is very easy to talk to. She makes you feel at ease as soon as she walks in the room.
I understand medical personnel have to include their computer or cell phone for reference with each patient/MD visit. That being said, I believe eye contact should be exemplary and not only just looking in the direction of the patient . Eye contact should also convey what you r trying to convey to your patient and Bailey lacks that in every way. She almost comes across apathetic and uncaring. This photo of her is lovely but in real life she doesn't appear concerning. If only her presence came across what her photo is displaying. Sorry Bailey. Something u need to work at.
