Outside of work, you’ll often find Bailey exploring the Pacific Northwest—sometimes carrying a disco ball to the summit of a volcano—or doing “the worm” at the finish line of a running race. She also enjoys mountaineering and has climbed the highest point in all 50 U.S. states, completing the challenge with a summit of Denali in 2026
