I disagreed with several statements. He stated that I had several cancellations. However, the only appointment I personally canceled was for the following day, I canceled because the hip pain I experienced after my previous PT session was nearly unbearable, and I thought he might want to make a change because of the severity of the pain. When I questioned him about the statement that I had several cancellations, I pointed out that the only other cancellation had been made by the PT, not by me. He then said he was referring to the difficulty contacting me. It is true that they did have difficulty reaching me, We then discussed the appointment that the physical therapist had canceled. I explained that the PT said my knee was warm to the touch, and I also told Mr. Tolbert about the discharge. He stated that my wound was closed and the discharge was coming up through my skin because that happens some times. I was speechless.
Very professional and informative doctor.. Such a caring staff. I can't brag enough on how hard they work. Team work is 100% from the time you walk in. Bridget is an awesome receptionist. DR.Shane and Dr. Daley didn't stop today. Thank God for you all.

Even though I do not like shots, I don’t dread coming into get my knee shot because Shane is so personable and knowledgeable. I really appreciate him and trust his knowledge.
