Austin is very kind and very informative. He took his time at our appointment to make sure we understood what was going on. He made us feel at ease and was willing to answer all our questions. He took time to talk with our son and build a relationship and trust. I appreciate that he made us feel important and didn’t rush us. He provided excellent care and show genuine concern.
