She was great. She explained why and where my pain was coming from and the options I have now and moving forward. I didn't feel rushed at all, very thorough.

I appreciated Ashten took the time to get a better tool to remove the staple that would not come out. Constantly pulling and tearing the skin after a knee replacement is very painful. She numbed it and then carefully worked on it to get it removed with as little pain as possible. She was also good about listening and providing advice to help me improve.
