Friendly, knowledgeable and direct.
I had an appointment with Ashley Yu today at Pomona Valley Health Centers for a splinter in my foot, and I had a wonderful experience. Ashley was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment she walked into the room. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything she was doing, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Even though it was a relatively minor issue, she treated me with care and respect and never made me feel rushed. Her friendly attitude and compassionate bedside manner really stood out. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to have the best experience possible. I highly recommend Ashley Yu to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician assistant. Thank you for the excellent care!
