I came to urgent care for ear pain and arrived literally two minutes before closing, yet I was treated very kindly and never felt rushed. The PA performed a thorough exam, took the time to really listen to my concerns, and went beyond my initial complaint. Even though I primarily came in for ear pain, she identified a bladder infection and nasal congestion as well. The male LVN who discharged me was also very kind and professional. I truly appreciated the PA’s time, attention, and the overall care provided by the entire staff
