Ashley is amazing PA, she always takes the time to listen and suggest what next step should be. The whole staff from Dr. Chao to each PA deserves so much credit as a great ortho care!
Ashley is so professional kind and listen always
Ashley has been a great help regarding my old job's long term work injury as it covered several parts of my body. I was unable to tolerate Physical Therapy initially that I switched to acupuncture which helped calm my muscle spasms so that I could more comfortably begin Physical Therapy. I learned from my Physical Therapist that we could only focus on one part of my body at a time and there was some time in between the other body part treatment as therapy would also cut into my new temporary job's work schedule at a busy time, in addition to my ongoing acupuncture appointments. I couldn't get started on the next step for some time and Ashley was very understanding about my constraints and she was supportive about the way my healing journey worked best for me as for that time lapse in treatment. I have felt confident in her oversight of my restorative care methods and the progress I'm making with my condition.
