Showed up to my appointment Ashley was great, except for the fact that all my info that she was given was a year and a half old no direction of what was going on of the medical records asked me if the person who ordered my visit was my primary who you guys had listed as my previous primary who has retired a year and a half ago nothing was accomplished, except for the fact that I lost time at work and I had to pay a co-pay other than that this review is more on University orthopedics not on Ashley‘s performance. She was wonderful just given wrong direction.

Ashley is the Best! Knowledgeable, listens to her patients needs and concerns, and provides positive feedback and recommendations. She goes above and beyond. She is also very kind.

I personally did not have a good experience with Ashley and neither did my fiancé. She was very disrespectful and rude. I understand I’m pregnant and that I do have limited options, especially when it comes to x-rays. I did not like how she tried to shift all the blame on my fiancé and I all because we were asking concerning questions to make sure things were not only OK with my health, but what would’ve been the safest options for my baby. I even got the OK from the gynecologist. And from the orthopedic themselves who talked to my gynecologist personally, giving the OK and even confirmed an appointment with me. Only thing that I have to say is that if they were very uncomfortable giving me x-rays due to my pregnancy they could’ve just said that and I would’ve understand but at least let me know my other options. And also try to make my fiancé and I feel like bad parents due to the x-rays that they approved. Don’t try to make us believe and insult us just say you are scared. Be honest.

Not getting answers I need, was told to go to ER. I didn't go because i didnt want to get sick with Covid, so I'm in agony with my sciatica. I was given a steroid but it's not helping.

Ashley was wonderful, but I prefer having my visits alone without the assistant that was with her. I feel the assistant brought a nervous energy into the room, and made Ashley rush a little bit. Because then after they left, I called Ashley back to explain the x-ray, and she explained it very calmly and clearly. Which is what I remember from my first visit with her. So I prefer having my visit with just Ashley alone. Thank you
