Both Ashley as the PA and Dr. Danielson when he came in were very dismissive in their tone and language regarding my issues. Will be taking my care elsewhere as a result of the experience.

Ashley was truly excellent. She explained what she was going to do and make sure that I was doing well. Also took time to answer several questions that I had with my ears. Very kind and caring so I would definitely rate her as excellent in all regards for my appointment.
