Friendly, weak handshake, very knowledgeable in her profession, the procedure she did for me, an injection in the shoulder went very smoothly I was asked to sign consent prior to the procedure, but no one actually explained the possible side effects or possible results of the injection, yet you paperwork infers that someone actually explained the possible results. I signed the paperwork, but the office is not doing what they say they are doing.
If I could give her a 15 rating I would!!
