The whole appointment was a dissapointment. He was in & out in about 5-7 mins & the first thing he said to me when he walked in was “You got a story to tell me”…very unprofessional. My X-rays were on a disc from urgent care & when he pulled them up on the computer screen he said “wow they took horrible x rays” and then proceeded to look at them. I am currently out of work on a leave of absence and had corporate paperwork that needed to be filled out by the provider to justify my absence. I kindly asked him if he could fill 2 papers out for me & he said “ I don’t have time for that”. I said this is really important I need you to fill it out. His next response was “if every patient brought in something like this, I would never see patients bc it would take to much time”. I said sir I will loose my job if you dont fill this out I really need you to do this for me. He was frustrated with me for no reason. He ended up filling the paperwork out but it just wasn’t a good experience for me.

My son is 8. He asked if he hurt his arm in a bar brawl… became frustrated when my son didn’t understand what he was asking. Bedside manner was not impressive.

Bedside manner & compassion were lacking during this appointment, however the appropriate tests were ordered to address my problem.

Rude, not personable at all. Made me feel like it was a waste of time for me to come in. Waited in the lobby for an hr and a half just for him to spend 5 mins and make me feel stupid. His facial expressions and demeanor was terrible.

Had me waiting for a while because I came on a Saturday and he was the only Doc on duty. He communicated with my regular doctor and when he did see me finally he knew what he was doing. Very nice and knowledgeable doctor.

I dint think he was paying attention to what I was saying. He kept insisting I won’t be going to rehab after my knee surgery, even though I explained Dr Barsanti said I would bc of the leukemia & because I live alone. There were other concerns as well. I had a list of questions that I dint think he appreciated. I didn’t feel comfortable with him & I felt / feel comfortable with other Vidant, Johns Hopkins & independent practitioners

Listened patiently as I describe my issues to my left knee, was writing this information down as I talked. He then proceeded to give me results of X-rays taken.. was given injection in left knee. Was very courteous and answered all questions.

He was fine but the process was un necessary and cost me, time at work, gas and money and I still have to make my own appointments for preop testing, xray and schedule my own surgery. Not professional office. Puts everything on the patients.
