Almond does an excellent job, he shows excellent bedside manner when dealing with his patients even when he has a busy day. I highly recommend him to anyone, a very caring person. Explains things wonderfully not to busy to answer any questions. Keep up the good work!!

Dr Morace was very kind and compassionate. I saw him on a Saturday morning in the orthopedic East clinic and he did not rush through our visit and was very kind in answering all my questions.

Easy to talk with and explain my conditions...told me.every thing that could be going on with my back...once I told him that my pharmacy is closed on Saturday he even change it to a 24hr location...he told me it would take alittle while to get it all switched but that was fine too...Great Guy!!

The whole appointment was a dissapointment. He was in & out in about 5-7 mins & the first thing he said to me when he walked in was “You got a story to tell me”…very unprofessional. My X-rays were on a disc from urgent care & when he pulled them up on the computer screen he said “wow they took horrible x rays” and then proceeded to look at them. I am currently out of work on a leave of absence and had corporate paperwork that needed to be filled out by the provider to justify my absence. I kindly asked him if he could fill 2 papers out for me & he said “ I don’t have time for that”. I said this is really important I need you to fill it out. His next response was “if every patient brought in something like this, I would never see patients bc it would take to much time”. I said sir I will loose my job if you dont fill this out I really need you to do this for me. He was frustrated with me for no reason. He ended up filling the paperwork out but it just wasn’t a good experience for me.

My son is 8. He asked if he hurt his arm in a bar brawl… became frustrated when my son didn’t understand what he was asking. Bedside manner was not impressive.

Bedside manner & compassion were lacking during this appointment, however the appropriate tests were ordered to address my problem.

Rude, not personable at all. Made me feel like it was a waste of time for me to come in. Waited in the lobby for an hr and a half just for him to spend 5 mins and make me feel stupid. His facial expressions and demeanor was terrible.

I had a list of questions that I dint think he appreciated. I didn’t feel comfortable with him & I felt / feel comfortable with other Vidant, Johns Hopkins & independent practitioners

Listened patiently as I describe my issues to my left knee, was writing this information down as I talked. He then proceeded to give me results of X-rays taken.. was given injection in left knee. Was very courteous and answered all questions.

He was fine but the process was un necessary and cost me, time at work, gas and money and I still have to make my own appointments for preop testing, xray and schedule my own surgery. Not professional office. Puts everything on the patients.
