Knowledgeable but not very personable.
April, was thorough in answering my questions as well as addressing my concerns. I do, however, think my chart should’ve been read a bit more prior to the visit as I do have many complications with my gastrointestinal system.
Didn’t seem too pleased when she accepted me back as a client.
Great experience. Pleasant, attentive , took time to get the history of my issue. Thank you.
She listened to me and helped give solutions
My appointment felt rushed. The provider didn’t address my different symptoms and give me treatment options. Just “ parroted” what the ER said two months ago. Had to wait three months for this appointment ( went to the ER in the interim ) and felt I received substandard care. How I miss the days of seeing an actual M.D.
April is very concerned about what is causing my pain.
Appears knowledgeable but overall demeanor is curt. She doesn’t provide a great deal of information about the procedures or what to expect from a patient perspective.
