Annie was very kind, accepting and understanding. She listened very well to everything I said and responded accordingly with questions to help me explain better what I was talking about. She was very supportive and offered multiple options of care, yet she did not press anything on me. She wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with what I was doing and taking the right path for me based on my own wants and needs. She offered many types of assistance yet did not make me feel pressured to take any specific route. Talking with Annie was very nice and helpful.
