Anne Mittal, MPAS, PA-C, a physician assistant and cellist, grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. After finishing her Bachelor’s in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh, she worked in the Perez Research Lab aimed at restoring motor control for spinal cord injury patients. She then went on to complete a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hill University. Following graduation, she worked in the Neurocritical Intensive Care Unit at West Virginia University’s Ruby Memorial Hospital. Anne completed a Master’s of Cello Performance Program at the University of Arizona in May 2025, and she joined the Center for Neurosciences in June 2025 as a provider in Adult Neurology. Anne has two children and is dedicated to family and the pursuit of lifelong learning in both neurology and music.

Anne is very professional, an excellent listener and a very logical problem solver. My case is anything but easy- Anne is the first health professional to go beyond giving me pills to trying to discover the root cause of my pain while addressing the pain. She is not afraid to reach out to doctors in the practice for their input and expertise regarding my care. For the first time in many years I feel progress is being made.
Appointment was on time. Office staff supporting her are efficient and responsive. Anne is a good listener and leaves no stones unturned.

Amazing doctor. She was able to explain not only how to help me but what she believes might be the root of my migraines. She also worked with what I wanted and prescribed me things that weren’t going to be harmful for future pregnancy. Also very detailed and checked my whole body’s function.
Anne took a lot of time with my husband and I and I appreciate her patience and candor in answering questions and being straightforward about what she and did not know in her answers.
Very nice, listened to my concerned, explained in a way I understood.
