Awesome !!
I was delighted with her initial greeting. Anna spoke intelligently and explained where needed regarding the suggested medication I agreed to add to my arsenal. It was a real pleasure having Anna take ownership. I felt like a patient that mattered. Speak volumes in today's chaotic world.
