She did a good job and always care and addressed my concern
Not very friendly.
Anna basically told me that I was wasting my time with Perricelli because my BMI was slightly over his requirement and he was too busy for me even though the first knee he replaced 9 years ago is still in perfect condition. The arrogance there is disgusting and I’ve heard this same opinion from many other people !!!
