She was very short and abrupt, she was in the room for less than 5 minutes. My daughter was injured at a horse show and she commented that she smelled bad, like horses. I understand pregnancy sensitivities but her demeanor was rude.

Very gentle I was having and anxiety attack a trauma at just occur in my family but I've been in so much pain I had to come to this appointment! Usually I wait on dr Cleveland but again the pain has become unbearable! I said this to say she was patient kind talk me through it and even listen to me ramble on about the horrible situation my daughter was in! Dr Dillion was the person I needed to see that particular morning! Let me add I was a walk in and the seen me and record time! That's to the entire staff!
Not very personable.
Brought my son in for follow up for his knees and commented that his ankle was clicking as well. She said it was a busy night and couldn’t look after seven things so to pick one for her to take care of. I said he needed another referral for physical therapy for his knee so that’s what she wrote up and within 3 minutes the appointment was done. Now I have to pay $30 to bring him back for his ankle.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely poor communication. She seemed disgusted I was even there. Didn't explain what could be going on with me. Told me my Xrays were fine take some steroids and come back in 2 weeks. I called for my next appointment and requested to see anyone else. I am glad I did because this was not the norm for my next visit .

Her professionalism was beyond reproach. She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time.
Very patient and assessed my issues very attentively and gave me good advice/ other options. The injections I received were way less painful with Ms.Dillon.
