Ann is awesome! Very knowledgeable and super helpful.
I need leave of absence papers filled out for my work. She told me she had 30 more patients today so that's not going to happen. 2 weeks is the norm for that. That was never told to me prior to my visit when my surgery is 1 week away. So if they don't get that done I won't be having my knee replacement at this time. And if that's the case I will be in search of a new doctor and clinic as well. Very upset about my visit today for sure.
