I did not see Anissa Ramirez I saw radiology and nursing services. Upon checkin was told to go to the wrong area and then someone came and got me and moved me to right area. Then was greeted by someone else while in radiology that I had another appointment in nursing services and was told to wait there afterwards. Went there and waited for 40 minutes until I went and asked someone at the lobby door if I was checked in. She followed me and went to ask the nursing services nurses and was told they did not know I was there yet. Waited a bit longer to be called. Not to mention I have called to see a doctor because I was sick 3 times and was told there were no appointments with doctors available. I could go to the Culebra or Hillctest location for urgent care. The patient services has seen to deteriorate greatly. My mother is a 70 year old patient and can’t be seen as well when sick. Her 6 month checkup was rescheduled twice!
