Anissa’s journey into medicine began early. When her grandmother suffered a stroke, she spent much of her childhood at the Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute and later helped care for her at home. That experience shaped her desire to improve people’s health and to be a reliable resource during some of life’s most difficult moments. For more than 20 years, Anissa worked in Family Medicine, where she valued building long-term relationships and becoming an active part of people’s health journeys.
