Huge thanks to Andrew Gross for the excellent care of my knee. Draining my knee and administering the injection went seamlessly.
Andrew treated me for a knee problem. I liked his manner. He gave me an injection and we both hoped it would help but he did say if it was still bothering me after a few days to schedule an MRI and that’s what I wound up doing.
Drew is amazing!
Very professional and took care of my knee promptly. I was on a big trip now I have no worries. Thank you and the xra y tech receptionist and nurse for expert and caring care.

This review is for RYAN POLSINELLI! I did NOT see Drew. He was taking care of other patients in the clinic at the time. COA was EXTRA staffed after a holiday weekend & I saw Ryan! (That’s SO great. Thanks for being there Ryan on an obviously busier day than usual! And thanks to COA for going the extra mile for Sav). RYAN was outstanding. So was the entire staff. I had my doubts about coming on the Tues, after a holiday wkend. But I suffered through pain for 2 months & the holiday wkend did not feel like a holiday for my knee. I was in pain. It was time. You know when it’s time. From my Check in at COA, X-rays, [excellent!] PA visit, to diagnosis, to check-out - I was there 50 minutes. Whoa 😳. I now have a diagnosis, medication to manage the discomfort, more imaging scheduled & visit set up with an MD. SO SO speedy, welcoming & they gave actual solutions to my immediate pain with a direct follow up for care. I HIGHLY reccomend Urgent Care@ Chatham Ortho. Top Notch 👌🏼
