He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Elizabethtown College before receiving his physician assistant master’s degree from Lock Haven University.
After graduating, he started his career in family medicine in Silver Spring, Maryland where he worked for two years prior to moving back to Lancaster. He joined Keystone Urology Specialists in January, 2024. In their spare time, he and his wife enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, and backpacking.

Andrew was professional, polite, and listened intently. He fully reviewed my history, explained my test results and was reassuring. I truly appreciate Andrew and Dr Gaunay.

I didn’t see a need for driving 20 mins each direction to have a 4 min appointment on completely normal ultrasound results. It was lost time from work for a recap that could have provided via email or phone call
