Andrea Paladines, PA-C

Andrea Paladines, PA-C embarked on her academic journey at Miami Dade Honors College, where she earned her associate’s degree in biology. Driven by her passion for neuroscience, she later transferred to Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts to complete her bachelor’s degree.

During the challenging times of the pandemic, she served as an emergency room scribe in Orlando, Florida, contributing to the healthcare frontline. Fueled by a desire to expand her impact, she pursued further education at Duke University, earning her masters and becoming a licensed physician assistant.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she found lasting love with her high school sweetheart and cherishes the joys of motherhood with their 3-year-old black Goldendoodle, who has become an integral part of their lives, almost matching her in size. Her journey exemplifies resilience, dedication, and a commitment to making a positive impact in healthcare. She is now residing in Raleigh and is excited to be a part of the spine team at OrthoNC!
