I was highly impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of PA Wertman’s assessment of my concerns, and with her recommendations.
She made me feel very comfortable.
She did an excellent job of explaining each step of the procedure, answering questions, and performing the urodynamic test itself. She is clearly both well-trained and sensitive to each patient's condition, i.e., that some anxiety may be present about the test, and worked skillfully to make the procedure as easy as possible.
