Phenomenal provider, extremely thorough and treated me with dignity and respect. Sometimes visiting a urologist can be nerve inducing due to feeling uncomfortable, but never once did I not feel respected.

We waited an hour for Amy to administer a BcG treatment. No Amy. When I told her “unacceptable” after she finally showed up she told me I was a bully and she wouldn’t treat us. After our main doctor intervened we had to reschedule. Shouldn’t we have been told up front she would be an hour late?
