Amy was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. She took time to explain many things to me and to suggest "next steps ". She was a joy to visit with.

But Amy was not supposed to be my follow up for Dr Yaremsetty, waited two months for today’s appointment and had to reschedule because of the mixup! Unacceptable behavior from your fine group, Dr Y is only person to help me with my pulled tendon and nerve problems, I will make sure next time to ask more questions and help the staff before I drive across Raleigh again to Sunday Drive during nc state Fair week. IT FYI , I tried to pre register for today and no access granted to that function all week, but behold, new pop up today at lunch to pre register for today’s visit. I get it now, telling me someone is going to ask scheduling what happened, what about that statement helps me personally, as to Dr Ann was not supposed to see me but she did some kind of basic tests and referred me back to scheduling/checking downstairs to return to Dr Y , I am glad she gets paid for my incorrect referral. Maybe my next scheduled visit in two weeks will not be so mixed up. Thanks Dr Y for all you do
