Knowledgeable and approachable
Provider wrote in my note that I had pain in my right hip. My pain is in the left hip. Provider wrote my hip was tender to palpation with no ecchymosis or bruising. The provider never examined my hip!

Amy was absolutely wonderful! She was very thorough, took the time to explain my situation and went above and beyond to show me pictures of my procedure. She also addressed most of the severe post op pain allowing more mobility of my shoulder and arm.
