Hi Amy was great😊
Amy and other folks have been just amazing. I have struggled with allergies for years and never received the support and help from My PCP that I have with this group! I feel so much better and I finally know how to treat my symptoms!
Very friendly and helpful.
Amy was personable, knowledgeable and explained all of my options.
Professional, efficient, friendly
Very nice.
Very non personable
My appt was discouraging as I went into it with a list of questions as the diagnosis was new to me, and I was hoping to learn more about the condition before jumping straight to immunology which was described as a three or five year commitment. When asking questions, I was given very abrasive answers and directed to look at "medical literature" to find the answers. I'm sure she would be great if I went along with the options suggested, but I was really hoping for a conversation to help me better understand alternative ways to manage my situation such as clarification on the "trigger foods" that the kind ladies who did my allergy testing referred to, or to learn more about the times of year that my allergens were most prevalent. The latter was answered with "I do not have all of these memorized, nor do I know anyone who has." I was just hoping for a handout or resources or something... Unfortunately, my office visit left me with more questions than answers.
