She was absolutely wonderful. Very thorough and involved and took as much time as we needed for discussion. Very understanding and upbeat and really cared alot about learning anything she could about us and the situation to prepare us for the procedure.
Amy is very professional and very knowledgeable. She also shows interest in the patient making sure they understand the procedure they will undergo and answers all questions thoroughly and in terms you don't have to be a doctor to understand.
