You should provide pads/ paper to stand on. The floor appears to be dirty and is cold. Amy needs to exam feet and the situation is uncomfortable.

My previous dermatologist always was on the hunt for signs of possible melanoma, including checking glands for swelling, and also asking how bullous pemphigoid is going for me. I am concerned that my previous skin conditions are not being followed up on. This is in part because I didn’t reminded her of those conditions. I do not think the last/first person I saw in this practice was Amy either. I don’t feel my initial appointment alerted her to what was going on. Maybe I saw a PA before. In this appointment I felt she was thorough but in retrospect, I don’t know if my history has been lost.
