She was good and thorough. Her communication was clear about my condition and the made me understand the next steps. I had a hard time hearing her from behind the mask.
Feel like she didn’t really listen to what I was saying. My concern was I felt like there was something stuck in my throat that I couldn’t see. She barely looked in my throat and told me it “might be allergies”. I told her that it was felt hard and it was only on one side, that I could sleep because it was blocking my airway. If she listened better and put in more effort I would’ve had a better outcome than just a steroid pill.
Amelia was receptive of all my concerns and was a courteous and professional provider.
