This is the second time that I have had the experience of talking with Amber. She is very thorough answers. All my questions brings up possibilities. I really enjoy seeing her.

Talked all the time No room for my questions otherwise good
I didn’t feel like she listened to me. I tried to tell her that I stood in front of a bass guitar speaker for 10 years and she cut me off like she didn’t care what I said. All I was tested for were high pitch sounds. I don’t know if that is the normal way to test or not because she seemed to just rush me through. All she did was read the results of the test and tell me I had the hearing of a 20 year old. Someone else checked me in and performed the actual test.
Amber does a great job! She is kind and always professional. She answers any questions I may have and doesn't act like she's rushed even though I know she is. I highly recommend Amber!
