Amanda Esters, PA, earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Gordon College and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, graduating with honors as a member of the Alpha Eta Society. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant and an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, with clinical experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, dermatology, primary care, and surgery.

Amanda Esters, PA, is a board-certified physician assistant working with Dr. Nuland in the Adult Joint Reconstruction Division. Mandi grew up in New Hampshire and completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Gordon College, where she spent time volunteering at the Center for Balance, Mobility, & Wellness. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS, graduating with honors as an Alpha Eta Society member after completing clinical rotations throughout New England in various specialties, including emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, and surgery. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). Prior to joining the UOI team, Mandi had a diverse clinical background, including time in sports medicine, geriatrics, and dermatology. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time hiking, running, and developing new hobbies. She is excited to be a part of the University Orthopedics team and is looking forward to getting to know the Southern Mass/Rhode Island areas better.
