Incredibly helpful
Amanda is amazing! I went to her feeling emotionally distressed because other doctors had defaulted to the typical female approach for any pain—telling me I was overweight, to cut out salt, and to walk less. Well, I found out I actually had a broken bone and tendon bruising. Amanda was thorough and an excellent listener. Instead of just telling me where I was in pain, she asked me and really listened and believed me! As a woman, you have no idea how powerful and comforting it is to find a medical doctor who actually believes you, hears you, and makes a plan for your recovery! I am so very grateful for your expertise and empathy.
