Friendly, professional, efficient. She ordered a ankle brace which was simple - made from fabric and velcro. $214 price is absurd for this very simple DME.
I really liked her bedside manner… She asked questions but she also listened. She had a lot of information for me and explained everything that was going on. She did not sugarcoat anything and was straightforward with me, but with compassion and professionalism… I so appreciate that… Her nurse was also amazing… Wonderful attitudes and it shows they love what they do.
