Amanda’s was fantastic! Went over everything thoroughly and diagnosed the problem for my ears. And corrected the issue. And looking to the future of my hearing she made suggestions for a hearing test. She’s great. Very accessible. Very down to earth.

She was fantastic! She really listened to my symptoms and prior treatments from urgent care and primary care nurses/doctors. After a thorough examination she explained a treatment plan going forward. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident with my treatment plan.

Amanda took the time to talk through what was happening, explained clearly the procedure and experience of a nasal scope, and gave options and scenarios for next steps. She was sure to tell me to call if things changed and scheduled a follow-up that she said I could cancel if I felt 100% by that time. She was great and I really appreciated the care I received.

She was personable, listened to my concerns, and was thorough in her explanations to ensure my understanding of my treatment.

Amanda, cleaned the wax out of my earss, which was the reason for my visit. The wax was blocking mee fromh earing with my hearing aide. but during the cleaning out of the wax she discovered a ear infection in left ear. She then took me to another room & examing the ear more fully and tdeated the infection & I was able to hear clearly. & she scheduled a 1 week follow up appointment to verify dthe infection clears up. I am very happy with her actions.
