She was perfection!I knew I was in good Hands.
I did not recently visit your practice. Your entire practice was shut down on Mon 10/5 the morning of my appt. I'm sure Alyssa continues to be a 10. However, I may never find out. I have not been able to make a new appt for the last few days. Your automated Emma keeps putting me on a loop so making a new appt has been impossible. I even went to your Hamp office, but they were no help either. Told me I had to use the Emma to make an appt.
Attentive and proactive She listened carefully and took appropriate action. Reassuring.
She was very polite listened to all concerns and gave us a chance to explain everything we loved her !
Alissa was wonderful. Had a great personality and made what could've been a really uncomfortable visit (staple removal and removal of a splint) easy and comfortable.
Alissa Burian was timely, thorough, extremely pleasant, and provided clear understanding and guidance for me to move forward. She included images and examples, and demonstrated proper ways to move my arm. She paid attention to my needs.
