Very on point, efficient, and accurate. My only recommendation is for the entire operation, not Allison… the entire staff seems ultra focused on efficiency, which has positives, but also negatives. It is obvious metrics & profitability are”encouraged” from the business office. I spoke briefly to Dave about this one night at The Touchdown. A few people in accomplished respectable positions in Dover have commented they feel the operation is “a conveyor belt.“ I am not saying any of this to be negative or to criticize. I am very happy with the service. Allyson gave me. I am truly trying to let you know the public opinion. I honestly don’t feel my words will alter the course of an organization this large and will be back to visit Alison on my follow up as I am pleased with my treatment.
