Allison was absolutely wonderful. I came into the office with a second-degree burn, and she took exceptional care of me. She stayed past closing to make sure I was comfortable, recommended a specialist, and followed through with genuine concern for my well-being. Her bedside manner was outstanding - compassionate, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire visit.
