Raised in Minnesota, Allison Klos, PA-C, has deep roots in the Twin Cities community. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri, where she earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2025. She is board-certified and licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota.
Allison is passionate about pain management and helping patients regain function, confidence, and quality of life. She believes in a patient-centered, compassionate approach that focuses on education, evidence-based treatments, and collaborative decision-making. Her goal is to meet patients where they are and support them in becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys weekends at her family cabin in northern Minnesota, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, spending time outdoors, and exploring local coffee shops.

I’ve been going to ISpine for years now. I’ve never asked for more medication. But I now have a mri to prove I need more medication. She gave me an extra 15 tablets. I didn’t think she gave my request much attention. What is 15 tablets gonna help. I won’t ask ever again. She wasn’t very attentive to what my need was.
She was okay. I got the feeling from her that she wasn't the type that did anything more than she had to. Like suggesting new or different things that could possibly help you. I had to be the one to ask about these things.
