I thought the visit was okay, then I looked at the notes from my visit and he was evidently not actually hearing what I was saying.

I was never seen by Dr. Ramm. I was taken to a very cold exam room and left there for over an hour while my leg, ankle and foot got more and more swollen and painful. I left without seeing any medical professional. I realize it's a clinic setting but there were only four people waiting in the waiting area. I was called back before two of them. The only positive aspect I can comment on was the front desk lady was nice and the office area was well maintained. I was very disappointed; especially after reading such great reviews.
