Alkiesha did a exceptional job.
Communication was great.
Ms. Collins is very personable and has an excellent bedside manner that puts me at ease.
Found to be patient, explaining my test results and offering some helpful results.
She was clearly expert in her subject matter and had the facts on my case. She handled everything very well. I would recommend her . I have one minor suggestion for improvement. She was wearing two masks, which shows commendable concern for infection. However, it seemed that the flexible metal strips were not pressed tightly around the sides of her nose, so an airtight seal was not achieved.
Ask more questions and what the patient is going Through And try to find answers.
