Alissa was wonderful, she answered my questions and explained the results of my tests in a way that I could understand. She didn’t rush. She gave me options.
First, let's talk about Alissa's flexibility. With the impending storm, and my time distance from my surgery, I had asked to be squeezed in three days early. Alissa answered the bell and made it happen! Then, let's talk about bedside manner and technical acumen. Dialed. In. And once Alissa understood my knowledge and understanding, they spoke at my level. All questions answered. I left completely understanding where I am on my path, and how things look presently and going forward. Great job! In fact, everyone from front desk, splint and staple removal, radiology and PA made for a perfect experience. Thank you!
