She was 90 minutes late for the visit, which happens, but no one communicated from the stafftold this to the 3 of us still waiting. It was not until the person 3 ahead of me finally asked about her own 90 min period of time in thr waiting room. The provider then made no apology about the delay, was rushed and not very friendly.
Alison, was very attentive to the current issue that I was having.
