I find everytime I see her, she is short on time, with less time for questions, very short on answers and not very comforting. I feel not heard and rushed along. She never truly hears what I am trying to tell her about how and where my pain is generating and has practically blown me off this time. With no want to find out what is going on. For example, "if it doesnt show this and isnt that, then lets find out what it is..." magic. It was "lets rapidly take the stitches out, slap a band aid on it, schedule your next surgery call, and dont let the door hit you in the arse on the way out...." blah.She was very blah and had no empathetic insight as to what I was trying to convey. As I keep wanting to repeat myself now. In that it must be true.

Alicia Murray, PA has a top notch bedside manner. She listens and patiently explains her diagnosis and treatment, as well as communicating what the patient should expect next. She is an extremely knowledgeable hand specialist.
