She was extremely thorough and, very professional.lol
Dr. Alicia Haslauer is simply amazing! My 15yo daughter had to have a biopsy of a mole on her back. So she started crying when she realized she would need to get shots to get numbed up. Dr. Haslauer had the patience of a SAINT! She made sure she explained EACH step beforehand in terms that an adolescent would understand and the entire time, her voice/tone remained calm and pleasant. The two nurses who were called in to assist were also very patient and made sure they comforted my daughter during the procedure. It’s funny because the actual procedure itself, went off without a hitch! It was the process leading up to procedure, in getting my daughter in a position that would be safe for everyone involved, is where this team shined! My daughter left smiling and joking, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. As a result, all anxiety is gone for her when it comes to follow-up appts that she will need! Thank you again, for the way you care for your patients!!
Thorough, caring and always on time!
Very professional kind sweet and caring really glad I got to visit with her thank you ☺️
Doctor Alicia prescribed very effective products for my contact dermatitis and gave me good advice on the products that I've used and what products may be better for me. I appreciate her knowledge and treatment.
