Alice was very thoughtful in explaining my options. She acknowledged my concerns but I thought she wasn’t as knowledgeable about the meds to prescribe. She was not aware that I was in Emergency at SMH last week. I would think that Dr or PA should have known that instead of quickly scrolling to find info on computer….
Alice was very pleasant, courteous and explained things very well .. though I work in the ER I have heard a lot of good things about Heart Spec. I was t let down. what a pleasant 1st visit.
