Dr Reid was professional, very informative to my knee complaint nurse Janet provided several x-rays which Dr Reid explained the issue and advised no major injury but inflammation which she gave me an injection to settle it down and a script to help. Was very concerned as my response was favorable to her diagnosis.
Very personable, answered all questions, made for a great experience.
She's always smiling and in a good mood!

What a sweet lady- I didn't care for the Xray tech, she was so sick and shouldn't have been seeing patience. Im sure she's just as nice but she was feeling lousy and shouldn't spread her illness.

I love her; however my knee was the most painful since I got a cortisone injection Feb 26 & nothing could b done due to not waiting for 3 months. This injection did not do ANYTHING.The pain in my knee is as bad as it was b4 I got it. Alexis ordered 2 prescriptions for me. I hope they help. Im scheduled for gel injection with Dr. Reiss on May 5.
